Rick & Laura

I am SO excited to share this post with you all today!!  I went up to Blacksburg a few weeks ago to visit my sister, and we were originally going to do the shoot that weekend, but it ended up not working out due to forces outside our control!  But the silver lining?  I got to go visit my sister AGAIN this past weekend, and it ended up being PERFECT timing!  My parents were also up at Tech visiting my sister that weekend, and so I got to hang out with my entire family for the weekend before my birthday (I turned 20 on Monday!)!  I guess God works in mysterious ways!  :)

Rick and Laura were SO much fun to photograph!!  They’re such a fun, laid back couple, and it’s clear that they are best friends!  Not to mention unbelievably photogenic- seriously, I cannot handle how cute these photos are!  Combine that with Virginia Tech’s beautiful campus (including a special trip to Lane Stadium- yeah, I basically have the coolest couples ever!)?  Yeah, it’s safe to say I’m in love with these photos.  Rick and Laura, thank you so much for letting me photograph you two, I had so much fun!  Here are a few of my favorite shots!

Pros from the very beginning!

I absolutely ADORED these gorgeous lights in the botanical gardens!

Laura, you are effortlessly gorgeous!

There’s something about archways that I absolutely adore! Tech has such amazing architecture!

#1 reason why fall is my favorite season- those COLORS!!

Touching the Hokie Stone!!

LOVED that they included this!!

You two are just so photogenic!!

Her ring was PERFECT.

I had an “assistant” for the Lane Stadium part of the shoot… and she was very enthusiastic :)
